When will my order ship?
If your item is ready to ship, please allow 1-2 business days for you order to ship.
If your item is made to order, these typically take 2-3 weeks depending on the piece. It will usually say in the item listing description.
All pieces ship from Southern California.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any import duties and customs charged by your country.
Where do you source your stones from?
Thanks to Instagram, I buy hand-cut stones from small businesses all over the Southwest.
Do you accept custom orders?
I love collaborating with customers on designs or recreating a previous piece in a different size. However, I am not accepting custom orders at this time.
Do you resize rings?
In most cases, no. If you are interested in a specific ring that is not in your size, I recommend making a custom order when slots are available.
What is your exchange policy?
As a small, independently owned business, we do not issue refunds. If for some reason you are not in love with your order, please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for exchange or store credit, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
International orders and sale items are final sale.
If something happens to my piece, can you repair it?
If a stone becomes loose or the piece needs small repairs, I will do my absolute best to make it good as new.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
All of my pieces are handmade with care, and therefore should be treated with care! Use common sense when it comes to tasks that could damage the stone and/or silver. Avoid showering, bathing, or swimming with your jewelry on. It is okay to wash your jewelry with warm, soapy water and polish with a jewelry polishing cloth.
